2022 Fairbank Rosé

A pale orange colour. The nose enjoys honeydew melon and red delicious apples with hints of blood orange and a touch aperol on the finish.

A serious Rose, with texture on the midpalate and a bright mineral and cleansing finish. Lingering crème caramel notes are a gift from the cooler vintage.

51% Shiraz, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Sangiovese, 4% Viognier, 1% Fiano

Picked March 2022.

Whole bunch pressed then cold settled overnight before the juice was racked to fermentation.

Fermented in 100% seasoned French oak barrels before racking to tank for 5 months maturation and Stabilisation.

No Malolactic fermentation

Blended in October and bottled in December 2022.
