Fairbank Rose - Three Time Winner of Best Rosé in Australia

The 2025 Fairbank Rosé upholds our tradition of creating highly enjoyable rosé wines from our own harvest. Staying true to previous releases, this wine boasts a lively hue of salmon rose. A blend of syrah, cabernet sauvignon, sangiovese with a dash of viognier - delivers lifted spring blossom, musk, cranberry, wild strawberry and cherry with biscuit notes with gentle creaminess and finishes with even, deep flavours balanced by spiciness and a lively acid drive.

Halliday Judge Jeni Port - A multiple Halliday-award winner, and each year it just gets it so right – from the brilliant tea rose and salmon hues, the oh-so pretty spring floral aromas, musk and summer berries that transform into something deeper and more concentrated on the palate. It is very much a layered, complex young rosé, with additional savoury wild herbals and cranberry, and creamy mealy notes, yet it remains a wine filled with crunchy, bright acidity and life. With or without food, it's a star.
