This Privacy Policy sets out the ways in which Sutton Grange Winery may collect, store, use, disclose, manage and protect your personal information.

Primarily collection of data by Sutton Grange Winery, will be for the purpose of keeping subscribers informed about the development of our business, for supplying customers with products ordered, and for improving the way we do business. Types of information we will collect, include name, address, phone number, date of birth, historical transaction records, contracts, communications such as letters, faxes and e-mail.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.

If you attend any of our sites, facilities or offices (such as our cellar doors, restaurants, wineries, vineyard or facilities), we may use closed-circuit television cameras and other photographic equipment to record:

·       the date and time of your attendance; and

·       your actions whilst at the relevant site.

We collect personal information when individuals communicate with, or purchase products from, us through our website, such as contact details, items purchased, credit card details and other information you choose to provide. Payment details provided through our website are processed through a secure server.

Our website makes use of “cookies” - if you prefer not to receive cookies you can adjust your Internet browser to refuse cookies or to warn you when cookies are being used. However, the vast majority of our Site will not function if cookies have been turned off. For this reason we strongly recommend that you leave cookies fully functional.

How do we secure your personal information?

We hold your Personal Information on internet servers operated by hosting service providers. We have entered into services agreements with those service providers.
